Check your credits
AI trip plans require credits or a Premium subscription. If you're on the free plan, you'll be redirected to choose a plan when you click 'Build my plan'. Go to Account to buy credits ($3 each or 5 for $12) or upgrade to Premium for up to 20 plans per month. Your trip preferences will be saved and your plan generated automatically after checkout.
Sign in required
Trip generation requires a signed-in account. If you're redirected to the sign-in page, log in or create an account first, then return to the city and try again.
Generation takes too long
AI plan generation typically takes 10-30 seconds. If it seems stuck, wait up to a minute before refreshing. The plan is saved server-side, so even if your browser disconnects, the plan should appear on your Trips page once complete.
Plan seems incomplete
If a plan is missing days or content, this is usually a transient AI issue. Try generating a new plan for the same city — each generation produces different results. Your previous credit is not refunded for incomplete plans, but Premium users can simply regenerate.
