1. Acceptance

By using Travel ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers.

2. Service description

Travel is a destination insights platform that provides destination scoring, comparison tools, AI-generated trip plans, and related features. Free accounts have access to browsing and comparison features. Pro accounts unlock AI-written trip plans, PDF exports, and additional tools.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Pro subscriptions are billed monthly ($9) or annually ($79) via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis - contact us within 7 days of a charge.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or automate access to the platform.
• Share account credentials with others.
• Use AI-generated content from the Service to train competing AI models.

5. Information accuracy

Destination scores, safety ratings, cost estimates, and other data are provided for informational purposes only. They are estimates based on public data sources and may not reflect current conditions. Always verify visa requirements, travel advisories, and health guidance with official sources before booking travel.

AI-generated trip plans are suggestions, not professional travel advice. We are not responsible for decisions made based on plans generated by the Service.

6. Intellectual property

The Travel platform, branding, and original content are owned by Deep Digital Ventures. AI-generated trip plans are provided for your personal use and may not be resold or redistributed commercially.

7. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Deep Digital Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
